Product Performance
The umbilical cable floats produced by Rizhao Hejia New Materials Co., Ltd. includes an elliptical floating body, hinges, rubber bodies, and buckles. The material of the cable floats is a machinable solid buoyancy material, with an elliptical shape, consisting of two symmetrical semi elliptical floating bodies; The interior of the floating body is grooved according to the size requirements of the umbilical cable, and the fastening requirements between the umbilical cable and the floats are achieved by placing rubber bodies; One side of the cable float is connected by hinges to form a whole, while the other side completes the opening and closing of the umbilical cable float through buckles. The surface of the umbilical cable float is sprayed with a waterproof coating. The floating structure of the umbilical cable is simple, which can ensure the floating of the cable on water and facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the cable to reduce maintenance costs.
