Solid Buoyancy Materials used in oil pipelines are mainly cable floats or floating blocks, which are fixed to the outside of the oil pipelines at a certain distance to provide enough static buoyancy for the oil pipelines to adjust the buoyancy state of the oil pipelines under water. Some also need to completely wrap the pipelines, which not only provides buoyancy, but also plays the role of insulation and protection.
