In this paper, buoyancy materials and deep-sea equipment are discussed, and the types, characteristics and applications of buoyancy materials in deep-sea equipment are introduced.
Buoyancy materials refers to the special material that can provide buoyancy, which is widely used in the fields of offshore petroleum engineering, deep-sea exploration, Marine scientific research and so on. According to different uses and requirements, buoyancy materials can be divided into many types.
Deep-sea equipment refers to the equipment for exploration, research, mining and other activities in the deep-sea environment, such as deep-sea submersibles, deep-sea drilling vessels, deep-sea oil production platforms, etc. buoyancy materials play a crucial role in deep-sea equipment, mainly used to provide buoyancy, support structures, protective equipment and so on.
