(1)The buoyancy material laid on the outer surface of the shell should be closely fitted with the outer surface of the shell.When the buoyancy material is installed,it should be corrected or removed to make the above equipment base installed in the specified position.When correcting or removing the buoyancy material,attention should be paid to the coincidence between the buoyancy material and the buoyancy material and the equipment to prevent gaps.

(2)Buoyant materials should be installed with adhesive bonding,after the installation of the outer surface uneven ground,and external spray or stick waterproof layer to protect the buoyant materials.

(4)Before laying
buoyancy materials outside the internal steel structure,rust should be removed,welding slag should be removed,rust prevention primer should be applied,and the surface should be scrubbed clean.According to the laying process,appropriate anchorage points can be set on the shell to increase the firm connection between buoyancy material and the shell.And the relative deformation of the internal frame etc.at the location of the installation of buoyancy materials should be considered to ensure that the installation of the buoyancy block as far as possible to reduce the pulling force.
(5)The quantity of buoyancy materials installed should be preliminarily estimated,and the specific quantity can be adjusted on site according to the actual situation.According to the measured data,appropriate buoyancy materials can be added in other parts to adjust the center of gravity and center of buoyancy.

The buoyancy material and the corresponding waterproof layer after the completion of the external surface should be smooth and neat.
