(1) The buoyancy block is combined with the light shell to form the outer surface of the submersible. Among them, the buoyancy block is mainly arranged. In this way, when the stabilizer wing is installed and fixed, the freedom of the tail buoyancy block is also restricted, which is conducive to the installation of the buoyancy block. Most submersibles are fitted with thrusters at the rear, and the fractal plane of buoyancy materials and the way of fixation should be carefully designed for easy installation and disassembly.

(4) The fixed way of buoyancy block can be connected with the frame structure with bolts or double-headed studs, and embedded titanium alloy connectors on the body of the buoyancy block, and installed on the carrier frame of the buoyancy block installation plate and bracket, so that the buoyancy block installation is simple, reliable, convenient disassembly. In addition, there are binding solid buoyancy material fixation and penetration hole bolt fixation.

⑤ In order to reduce the influence of the deformation of the carrier frame structure on the buoyancy block under the lifting state, in addition to having a certain gap between the buoyancy block, measures such as appropriately increasing the diameter of the bolt hole of the buoyancy block and increasing the rubber washer are also taken.

⑥ In order to prevent damage caused by collision between the buoyancy block and other objects, the outer surface of the buoyancy block arranged outside the carrier frame is sprayed with polyurea elastomer protective layer, which can effectively protect the buoyancy material from damage.  From Solid Buoyant Materials
